If you searched for a Texas Roadhouse promo code, here is the short answer: there isn't one. Texas Roadhouse doesn't publish printable coupons or checkout codes. Sites that list codes like TXROAD15 are making them up.
What does work is simpler. Join the free VIP Club and you get a free appetizer offer by email. You get more offers on your birthday and your sign-up anniversary. Eat between 3 PM and 6 PM on a weeknight and the Early Dine menu costs less. Veterans eat free on Veterans Day.
Each deal below links to where we checked it. Offers can differ by restaurant, so call yours if a deal is the reason you are going.

Texas Roadhouse VIP Club: The Free Appetizer

Texas Roadhouse says new members get a free appetizer within 24 to 48 hours of joining. After that, offers come on your birthday, on the anniversary of the day you joined and whenever your restaurant decides to send one.
Members agree to email offers and can get up to 5 texts a month. Text STOP to 68984 to turn the texts off. Source: Texas Roadhouse VIP Club page.

Texas Roadhouse Birthday Deal: What You Actually Get
Texas Roadhouse's VIP page only says members get something on their birthday. It doesn't say what. Yahoo's coverage of the deal describes it as a free appetizer or Rib Sidekick when you buy an entree. It isn't a free entree, whatever some coupon sites claim.
The offer arrives by email, so you need to be a VIP Club member with your birthday on file. Join a few weeks early so you aren't waiting on the email the night you go. Sources: VIP Club page, Yahoo.

Texas Roadhouse Military Discount: Veterans Day and Local Offers
Texas Roadhouse's main military offer is on Veterans Day. The chain gives free meals to veterans and active military across the country that day. Source: Texas Roadhouse Community Impact page.
We couldn't find a year-round military discount that Texas Roadhouse offers at every restaurant. Some coupon sites say "10% off every day." Texas Roadhouse doesn't publish that. Some restaurants do give a discount of their own, so it is worth asking.
🎖️ What to Do
- Bring a military ID, veteran ID card or DD-214
- Ask your server if the restaurant has a military discount before you order
- Plan for a long wait on Veterans Day. Many veterans use the offer.
Texas Roadhouse Gift Card Deals: When and How to Buy
Texas Roadhouse runs gift card specials, mostly during the holidays. During a promotion, a qualifying purchase gets you a bonus card sent to your email. The spend needed and the bonus amount change each year, so we don't list a figure that might be out of date. Check the Texas Roadhouse gift card page for the current offer.
Bonus cards usually come with a use-by window, often early the next year. Read the dates before you count on one. If you buy a discounted card from a resale site, check the balance before you visit.
