Outback Aussie 3-Course Meal: The $14.99 Special
You pick a starter, an entree and dessert. The starter is Loaded Baked Potato Soup, a house salad or a Caesar salad. The Blue Cheese Pecan salad, the Wedge, Tasmanian Chili or French Onion Soup cost $1 more. Dessert is New York-style cheesecake, with a choice of sauce.
$14.99 buys The Bloomin' Burger, Gold Coast Coconut Shrimp or Grilled Shrimp on the Barbie. A 6 oz sirloin or Grilled Chicken on the Barbie adds $3. "Separately" adds the entree, Loaded Baked Potato Soup ($4.99) and cheesecake ($9.99) at their median prices across 571 Outback restaurants.
Bloomin' Fried Chicken saves the most, $16.28. We left out the ribs, because the deal uses a half rack and Outback's menu listing for its ribs plate does not say how big the rack is. If you only want a burger and would skip dessert anyway, the deal still beats ordering The Bloomin' Burger alone at $15.79 by $0.80.
Are Outback's Weeknight Specials Worth It?
Walkabout Wednesday, from $13.99
A regular Center-Cut Sirloin costs $17.99 at a typical Outback before you buy a drink. Walkabout Wednesday is $4.00 less and includes a draft beer or Coke. The trade-off: you get Aussie Fries instead of two sides of your choice.
Tuesday Tails, from $24.99
The closest regular plate is Victoria's Filet Mignon and Lobster at $40.29. Tuesday Tails is $15.30 less. You are swapping a 6 oz filet for a 6 oz sirloin, which is a leaner, firmer cut.
Joey Mondays, free kids meal
Outback kids meals cost $7.99 to $10.99 at a typical restaurant, so each free one is worth about that much. Outback runs it as a summer offer. Ask your restaurant before you go.

Dine Rewards is free. Sign up at outback.com, confirm your email, and a free Bloomin' Onion is waiting for your next visit. Give your server your phone number and they apply it.
A Bloomin' Onion costs $10.99 at a typical Outback and up to $12.99 at the priciest of the 530 restaurants we checked. That is the biggest single freebie on this page.

Outback Military, Heroes and AARP Discounts
Heroes discount, 10% off. Outback takes 10% off the whole check every day for military members, veterans, police, firefighters, first responders, nurses, doctors and medical staff. Bring a valid ID, such as a military ID, a DD214 or a Veteran ID Card. It does not cover alcohol or tax, does not work on online orders, is limited to one per table, and cannot be combined with Dine Rewards, AARP or other promotions. Outback Happy Hour and Lunch Deals
